Stitching in the Southwest

Description

First foundation paper piecing quilt for me. There is definitely a learning curve. My guitar block came out 11.5×11.5 not 12×12! I have no idea what I did wrong. I printed the pattern from two different downloads. On then top of piece D was cut off so I re-downloaded the pattern. My inch test square matched up but I ended up 1/2” small 🤦🏻‍♀️
